60" x 96" Moving table design in a front-to-back configuration with a single zone vacuum table machined out of solid cast aluminum,
(3) pop-up pins for material location; extra Heavy Duty fixe d gantry bridge.

Equipped with:
(1) 16 HP "BT-30" Type ATC Colombo spindle, 8-position traveling tool carousel, variable speed from 6,000 - 18,000 RPM.

Boring Unit:
20 spindle with 14 Vertical boring with 6 horizontally opposed boring spindle Y axis, 2 horizontally opposed boring spindle X axis.

Feed rates and travel
FANUC Closed loop, brushless AC Servo drive system with precision ground pre-loaded ball screws for positioning tolerances of 0.001,
and 1,250 IPM max. positioning feed rates on the X- & Y-axis, 600 IPM on Z-axis with travel of X Axis travel 97", Y Axis travel 84" and Z Axis travel 6".

Extended gantry bridge:
For full 5' x 8' table coverage, all axes ride on extra large precision contour linear guideways, all way & ball screw bearings serviced by an automatic lubrication system.

Control:
GE/FANUC "210i M" Series computer control with: WINDOWS PC Front end, high resolution CRT, (3) axes simultaneous control,
RS-232 port, hand held controller, background editing, self-diagnostic, canned cycles, absolute & incremental programming,
cutter comp., tool length comp., and feed rate & spindle speed override.
