Tablet Deduster / Metal Detector KRÄMER E2000-500 / MT Safeline PH-2

This assembly comprises a vertical Tablet Deduster and Metal Detector.
The E2000-500 deduster has a maximum capacity of
1,200.000 tablets per hour
(Ø 9.1 x 3.2 mm tablets manufacturers data).

The PH-2 is designed to detect metal – ferrous,
non-ferrous and non-magnetic stainless-steel grade
316 particles in tablets or capsules.
It is designed to be used on-line and placed directly
at the discharge chute of a tablet press or capsule filler.
The instrument has a sensitivity to detect particles of 0.3 mm and lower.
