Filling Monoblock (Rinser/Filler/Capper) – R Deckert – F-AVM 738
Due to the pucks, the machine has great flexibility on what bottles can be filled, with very low changeover times. Chivas were running 50cl to 1.5l down the line and bottle shapes from Revolve to their standard Chivas 25 bottle. The corker/capper was running T-cork and EST. The speed is the slowest on the machines at up to ~30 bpm.
Capsule spinner – Kematec – MBK 3 AR
3-head spinner with speed up to 45 bpm. Scotserve has said although badged as Kematec the machine is built by Norton.
krones equipment Labeller – Solomodul II – 1.200-15
Modular labeller with 3 station points on the machine and speeds up to 150 bpm. There is also a 4th station as a spare or to allow quick changeovers.
Case erector – Bortolinkemo – FC35
35 CPM top speed. Flexible enough to handle most case sizes.
