KUGLER Linocap Capping machine for tubs/ jars

Capping machine suitable for the automatic closing of tubs/ jars.
The system offers the following stations in line:
- Device for punching and placing ALU membranes from a foil roll.
Alternatively, an automatic membrane feeding system from
a magazine is installed downstream.
- Membrane sealing station using CELES induction sealing
- COGNEX camera system for correct presence control of the membrane
- Torque-controlled screw capping station with automatic cap feeding via rotary table
(Pick and Place)

Furthermore, the following accessories are included:
- Separate control cabinet with PLC Siemens SIMOTION D, SINAMICS
- Approx. 20 pcs various format sets
- Reject system for incomplete containers, various conveyor belts,
as well as an outfeed rotary table
- Various spare parts

The machine stays in line with a Kugler K54-R filling machine.
