This is a small semi industrial unit but similar to a 4 meter width continuous machine for dyeing carpet .
It is for dyeing uni colors or differential colors ( acid /basic carpets)
When working, the transport belt will transport the carpet below the overflow system with an adapted speed .
The overflow liquid is a dyestuff liquid with also chemicals and a specific pH
which will fall via the rakel like a waterfall on the carpet who will absorb this liquid .
