Labotech DDM4-120

DDM is a mobile dry air dryer designed for the continuous drying of
free-flowing plastic materials in granular form.
DDM is supplied in a standard mobile version and can be installed next to
the processing machine(s) that are to be supplied with dried raw material.
DDM is supplied in the standard version with automatic dry air material transport
to one processing machine and can also be supplied with a transport system for
two processing machines.
DDM is designed for the drying of hygroscopic and non-hygroscopic raw materials,
including reclaim, in the temperature range between 60 and 140°C with
a maximum deviation of +2 / -2°C.
DDM can also be supplied in an HT/LT (high/low temperature) version,
which dries in the temperature range of 50-180°C.
Due to the very precise temperature control and a dew point temperature of -30°C,
a residual moisture content of less than 0.02% can be achieved. (HT/LT 0.002%)
