The autoclave includes :
- 1 Horizontal Shell diam. 1300 mm, standing on 2 legs
- 1 Door with "MANUAL" side hinged. Rotating locking and unlocking of the cover is achieved by a pinion/rack system with a handling wheel. The door is also equipped with a cam safety device. The seal is provided by a gasket driven by compressed air. The door hinge with adjustment system is provided for an opening at LEFT standard, for an operator positioned in front of the autoclave.
- 1 ramp for injection and distribution of steam.
- 1 water suction with a filter plate.
- 1 ramp and water distribution on the baskets with spray nozzles.
- 1 Set of automatic valves for heating functions – cooling – pressure – regulating – draining, etc.
- 2 Rails for receiving and guiding baskets.
- 1 Black Alu protection on the cylindrical part of the body.
