Lakso Model 450, automatic, inline, stainless steel, twin head, cotton inserter.
Rated from 50 to 300 containers per minute – depending materials and application.
Maximum cotton weight range of 26 grams per yard with cut off length range of 2" to 7".
and capable of one or two insertions per bottle (at 1/2 speed).

Equipped with a 4½" wide x 72" long conveyor and 36" lone timing screw.
Push-button adjustable head and height, cotton feed detection, bottle jam detection and reject station.
Control panel with AB controller, touch pad controls, start, stop, e-stop push button controls and statis light bar.
Mounted on stainless steel height adjustable base frame.
