The kettle has both bottom discharge
(with Lee Fluid-Flow 1.5 inch valve),
as well as, tilt discharge with pouring lip.
With a double-motion scraper agitator as well high-speed homogenizing head,
agitation is “tilt-out” via a self-contained water cylinder.
With top mounted 1 HP motor for the homogenizing head,
as well as a .75HP motor for the scraper agitation.
