Lighthouse model VISTA/O In-Line Headspace Inspection System

Automated in-line 100% inspection machine designed to monitor oxygen,
pressure and moisture levels in sealed parenteral vials.
Light from a near infrared laser is passed through the vial in the headspace region,
which is the region below the cap and above the product,
and diode laser sensors monitor the absorption wavelength of the oxygen
and moisture molecules and the pressure in the headspace region.
Vials with elevated levels will be identified and rejected.

Applications include:
In-line 100% container closure integrity testing, vacuum leak detection
Real time monitoring of oxygen levels during the filling of oxygen sensitive products
In-line 100% moisture inspection of lyophilized (freeze dried) vials
Currently set up for 3ml containers

Container size range: 1ml to 200ml
Container compatibility: tubing or molded, amber or clear
Speed: up to 100 per minute
