Salmon skinning machine is designed for safe
and yield-oriented skinning of fresh and smoked salmon fillets.

The automatic cutting control guarantees
the perfect start of the skinning process in automatic inline operation,
with no skin remaining on the fillet.
Thus, almost no manual post-processing is required,
saving time, reducing labour costs and improving product hygiene.
With the specially designed tooth roller,
only parts of the brown fat layer are removed,
together with the skin.
The adjacent lean meat on the right and left side of the fillet remains intact.
This technique results in first-class fillet quality and can increase yields by up to 3%.
Product throughput of up to 10 tonnes in 8 hours;
Skin thickness can be adjusted individually with the side adjustment lever;
Easy fish skinning even by untrained personnel;
Spring-loaded, air-filled pressure roller automatically adjusts pressure to sensitive fillets, taking into account the individual height of each product;
Switchable water spray device for rinsing away skin debris from the skin area if required;
Universal use as a standalone solution for fish skinning or for integration into fish processing lines;
High level of operator safety in accordance with CE regulation EN 12355 for dehulling with conveyor belt;
