Machine that covers the needs of continuous painting and varnishing of longitudinal pieces (moldings, skirting boards, jambs, etc.).
Equipped with two automatic pistols and steerable in any position, it ensures that all profiles,
no matter how complicated, are completely covered without shadows being produced.
A detector sends the signal to the programmable automaton so that the guns are
only activated when the parts enter the painting booth.
The display screen shows the production speed in meters per minute and the number of pieces that are painted.
The dragging of the moldings is achieved through solvent resistant conveyor belts
and guided by side and top rubberized rollers.
A wide door at the front of the cab makes it easy to set up the machine.
