- ROQUE ESTEBAN carding machine with a 2,000 mm usable width,
loader with electric scale, carding machine with three 90 mm diameter feeders,
600 mm diameter drum with one set of 120/220 mm diameter rollers,
one 120 mm diameter roller along with one 500 mm diameter pass to a 1,000 mm diameter feeder,
with three sets of 120/220 mm diameter rollers, one pass to a 500 mm
diameter boot to a 1,500 mm diameter boot
with five sets of 120/220 mm diameter rollers and one 350 mm diameter flywheel,
1,000 mm diameter unloader with serrated edge, ramp,
pneumatic straw crusher to the roller conveyor to the second unit.
– The second roller shutter conveyor unit has three 90 mm diameter feeders,
a 600 mm diameter drum, one set of 120/220 mm diameter cylinders,
one 120 mm diameter cylinder, and a 500 mm diameter pass to the second 1,500 mm diameter drum
with five sets of 120/220 mm diameter cylinders, a 350 mm diameter cleaning feeder,
a 1,200 mm diameter unloader (carrier), and a serrated discharge to the roller conveyor.
– GUASCH roller conveyor with a 2,500 mm inlet and a 4,200 mm outlet, with PVC roller conveyors.
– MALIMO type MALIWATT, manufactured in 1985, 14 gauge, with a usable outlet of 3,800 mm. It operates with three folding mechanisms, 1,400 rpm at 400 V. Approximate production, depending on the material, is 200-250 kg/h.
– Installation dimensions with the construction rooms (4 x 4 x 5 m) of 30.5 m long and 15 m wide in total, being able to put a fiber optic cable opener.
