Low Temperature Open Width Dyeing Machine
MACHINE DESCRIPTION Low-temperature open-width scouring, bleaching, dyeing machine: all parts of the machine that come into contact with the fabric are made from AISI 316/AISI316 L stainless steel.
The dyeing unit consists of a self-supporting frame that provides the machine with utmost stability under conditions of full load and maximum speed.
The Jigger, in all its parts, is contained inside the frame.
The jigger is equipped with an inspection hatch on both sides of the machine, internal lighting and double door with automatic pneumatic opening
The machine is designed to work with a maximum charge bath ratio of 1:2.
The following components are assembled inside the machine: winding rollers, idle rollers and curved bar, for perfect fabric arrangement and tension. In addition to the usual solidity and reliability guaranteed by MCS products, these product offer technological developments promoting•
