MINISTRATUSPLUS Automatic Palletizer

Main Features
The basic machine, manufactured with a solid structure covered by painted steel panels, supports a servo driven arm moving on the 3 Cartesian axes X, Y, Z for the picking up of cases and the stacking on pallet. Electrical cabinet is on board, on the machine rear side;
The transparent protection allows maximum visibility inside the palletizer and easy access to the internal roller conveyor. Servo driven movements, controlled by the PC;
The rigidity of the arm structure, allows the Ministratus to absorb up to 7 cases/minute, the picking head can rotate at 360° picking the case by suction cups plate;
Manual empty pallet loading on dedicated guides placed in line or at 90°, pre-arranged with two positions to handle Euro Pallets of 800×1200 or 1000x1200mm;
Full pallet manual discharge with possibility to replace the guides with optional devices to obtain automatic pallet loading and discharge.

On demand, the following Optional groups are available:

Motorized Infeed Roller Conveyor for the connection with the upstream casepacker;
Case Turning Device with safety protection;
Installation of Checkweigher for the case weight control before palletizing;
Installation of Printer (print & apply model), for the labels printing and application on case;
Group for the case rejection made up of pusher, idle roller conveyor for the collection of the rejected cases (minimum length 750 mm) and safety guard. Possibility of length extension for both the roller and the safety guard, to be defined during the project phase;
Group for the automatic pallet loading, in line or at 90°, and pallet discharge on transport chains placed at 100 mm height from the floor level (max. pallet height = 1.550 mm).

Installed Safeties
Safety guard in Methacrylate with micro switches;
Overload torque control on all motors;
Infeed cases minimum load control, idle machine in case of lack of cases and maximum load control with stop of the upstream machine;
Visual and acoustic signal of empty pallet ready for removal/discharge;
Optical barrier safety at pallet discharge.
