Microplate reader is designed
for top- and bottom-reading microplates across
a wide range of fluorescence intensities—
all without filters.
This microplate reader can read microplates
with 6 to 384 wells. It is equipped
with two monochromators
for variable wavelength selection (250 nm to 850 nm),
eliminating the tedious task of finding
the appropriate excitation and emission filters
and completing wavelength scans
(in steps as small as 1 nm) to optimally
adjust assay parameters.
