Muhlbauer LP 5570 TWIN Laminating machine

The Mühlbauer LP 5570 laminating system is perfectly suited for complex card designs, such as high-security cards.
It is designed for laminating pre-laminated cards, plastic cards, smart cards, and contactless cards.
The system meets the latest requirements for cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and both product and process quality.
All important process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time, are continuously monitored and individually regulated.
These features allow for optimal lamination of all common card materials, including ABS, PVC, PC, PET, PETG, PS, PE, and PP.
Optional features include weight compensation and a vacuum chamber for the hot press, enabling the lamination of more complex cards.
The LP 5570 can be configured with four, six, or eight openings, and each system
can accommodate between six and twelve layers per opening, depending on the production material.
