New England, Model NEH-48, automatic, stainless steel, plastic bulk bottle unscrambler.
Rated from 20 to 120 containers per minute – depending materials, application and machine configuration.

Equipped with a 58" long x 64" wide x 30" deep container hopper,
18" wide x 114" long cleated inclined feeder belt with 3" high cleats set on 12" centers,
48" OD container sorting bowl, with container size range: 5/8" to 6½" in Diameter x
up to 8½" in Height and capable of handling variety of sizes and shapes including round, o
val, straight-wall, tapered, and non-tapered containers with proper change parts.

20" OD rotary orientation wheel with single hook arm container upender,
(2) sets of dual soft belt container transfer system all 1½" wide with 24" long transfer belt
and 24" long discharge section. Control panel with pull to start / push to stop button,
push button start / stop and variable speed dials for bowl, orienter and discharge belts.
