New England Unscrambler Bulk Plastic NEHACL – 60

New England Model NEHACL-60, automatic, stainless steel,
plastic bulk bottle unscrambler.
Rated from 20 to120 containers per minute – depending materials and application.

Container size range: 5/8" to 6½" in Diameter, up to 12" in Height
and is capable of handling variety of size and shape containers including round,
oval, straight-wall, tapered and non-tapered with proper change parts.

Equipped with product feed hopper with 60" long x 60" wide x 40" deep product hopper
with a 16" wide x 32" long live bottom belt and 108" long x 16" wide inclined feed belt
with 2" high cleats set on 12" centers. 60" OD container sorting bowl,
20" OD rotary orientation wheel with single hook arm container upender,
air cleaner and (3) sets of 20" long x 1-3/4" wide dual soft belt transfer system thru the cleaner,
from cleaner to discharge and thru discharge sections and has interlock safety doors.

Control panel has hand and auto switch with start, stop and e-stop push buttons
and Mounted on heavy duty base frames.
