Nexcelom Cellometer Auto 2000 Cell Profiler

An automated cell counter with a touchscreen
and dual fluorescence technology. It is specifically designed
for the analysis of primary cells
from a variety of complex samples,
including peripheral blood, umbilical cord blood,
and bone marrow.
Technical specifications include imaging performance,
with cell sizes ranging from 5 to 300 micrometers
(Cellometer CHT4-PD300 slides are required
for cells larger than 80 micrometers in diameter).
The concentration range is 10^5 to 10^7 cells/mL. It
offers a combination of brightfield and fluorescence imaging,
along with pattern recognition software for fast,
precise declustering, identification,
and counting of individual cells.
The fluorescent optics operate at excitation
and emission wavelengths of 470 nm/535 nm
and 540 nm/605 nm, respectively,
and can accommodate various fluorophores
such as acridine orange, calcein AM, propidium iodide,
and ethidium bromide.
The device measures 280 x 300 x 330 mm and weighs 11.8 kg.
