The Olympus Exera III Column is a state-of-the-art endoscopy system
for gastroenterology. It is equipped with cutting-edge technologies
such as Narrow Band Imaging (NBI), Dual Focus,
Responsive Insertion Technology (RIT), and ScopeGuide.
NBI is an optical image enhancement technology that
improves contrast and visualization of vascular patterns in
the mucosa for accurate diagnosis of tissue changes.

Dual Focus allows for quick and easy focusing on target tissues,
while RIT offers enhanced operator control for push, pull,
and twist maneuvers. ScopeGuide provides real-time guidance for
safer and more precise insertion.

The system also features Passive Bending (PB) technology,
which aids in navigating sharp bends in the colon;
High Force Transmission (HFT) technology,
which provides enhanced operator control for push,
pull, and twist maneuvers; and Variable Stiffness (VS) technology,
which allows for incremental adjustment of
the colonoscope's flexibility.
