OMMI long staple fibre blending 2 rooms
12 tonnes each and feeding system with motors.
Production year :2015. Brand new, not used.
(Each blending room dimensions 30x4x5,2 m)
With spark detector.

2 blending bins with 1 mobile emptier

Mobile emptier
- Gear motor for spiked lattice = 9 Kw
- Emptier movement forwards = 2.2/0.5 Kw
- Emptier lifting = 1.1 Kw x 2
- Combing lattice at the outlet = 1.5 Kw
- Material conveying lattices = 0.75 Kw
- Emptier movement to side = 0.55 Kw

Rotating feeding mouths
n.7 mouths per each bin 0,37x7x2 (celle)= 5.18 Kw


Fan to feed material to bins
n.1 fan of 15 Kw with step pulleys to change speed

Total installed power = about 37 Kw

Each bin will have to be connected to an air filtering system of 5000-6000 mc/h

It is designed for acrylic. The machine can be revised to be used for other natural and man made fibers by changing some parts. The buyer can do this revision if needed.
