With plate chiller, stainless steel,
16″ wide x 24′ 10″ long x 8″ deep chilled water flume trough
with 2 plate chillers mounted inline over trough,
each chiller has 2 dimple jacketed cascade chill plates each 39″ widex 106.5″ (8′ 10.5″) long,
over head 4″ diameter stainless steel drizzle pipe to recirculate
water in laminar flow over the plates,
chilled water runs into bottom catch pan with perforated bottom,
so that chilled water is applied to product
