1. Base unit-Vinfoil’s bi-directional extended locking shafts for smooth unwinding and rewinding, fitting most 3″ cores,
and features advanced speed and tension controls through its Direct Foil Drive and Break systems.
Operator-friendly elements include a touchscreen interface, remote chucks, diameter sensors,
and a web guiding mechanism, alongside a foil web break sensor for immediate malfunction detection.
Additionally, its Multireel capability allows the use of multiple smaller reels, significantly reducing foil waste.

2. Foil saving unit-MFU
One MFU® deck with horizontally movable turn bars provide lateral adjustment of the foil web position.
With this technology, one foil web can be used up to 2 at the same time, reducing the cold foil consumption up to 40% (Two MFU Deck 85%) compared to full web productions or metalized board.

3. Lifting unit-Automatic Loading and Unloading System (ALUS) he ALUS makes it easy to operate and possible to load and unload two locking shafts (unwinding and rewinding) at the same time.
Hence, your changeover times are reduced to a minimum. Because the ALUS is integrated into the cold transfer module,
there is a clear communication process between the module and the ALUS, so safety is ensured.
The length and height of the ALUS can be modified to create a perfect fit for every location.

4. Foil preparation unit-Foil Shaft Changer (FSC)With the Vinfoil Foil Shaft Changer (FSC), your job can be prepared before or during production.
Pre-set data, provided by the Vinfoil Foil Optimizing Program (VIFOP) software, enables a foil changeover in approx. 6 minutes.
Changing the reels takes place at ground level ensuring an easy and safe operation.
Shaft Preparation Frame (SPF)With the shaft preparation frame, two shafts (unwinding and rewinding can be (un)loaded simultaneously.
The frame can then be easily moved by a pallet truck to the desired location to unload the rolls and load the new ones.
