SCOPE OF REBUILD WORK:
1) New bearings
2) New seals
3) Disassemble and recondition: Hydraulic pump
4) New hydraulic valves
5) Disassemble and recondition: Hydraulic bowl tilt cylinder
6) New Hydraulic hoses
7) New pneumatic hose for flour gate
8) Rebuild Pneumatic cylinder with new seals
9) Main drive motor to be sent out for rewinding and bearing evaluation. Replace any corroded bearings
10) New V belts
11) Upgrade and extend up to 10ft electrical wiring between mixer and existing main starter panel. Replace any nonfunctioning component
12) Replace up to 60 control and up to 20 power wires and conduits with new
13) Repaint starter panel enclosure
14) Evaluate and replace any non-operating bowl tilt limit switch
15) Evaluate and replace any non-operating safety door switches
16) Evaluate and replace any non-operating timers, control lights and push buttons on starter panel
17) Start up and check out, debug mixer operation in shop
18) New Stainless Steel bowl cover
