This was designed for a powdered product that required ingredients to be blended into the mix.

This will work on almost anything needing blending in a inline-process application.

This was going to be installed on a production line and was never completely hooked up with operator controls so what you see is what comes with the unit.

There is a motor and gear reducer but no controls or disconnects that come with this unit. The discharge gate actuator air cylinder is mounted but no arm or gate is present, and its ready for your custom chute. No air control present or air lines for the gate cylinder and air purge rings on the shaft seals.

This comes with approved stainless steel safety screens over the blending area but no safety shut offs are present.


1. Stainless steel tub body, head plates and supports showing sanitary welds in all areas including the catwalk and ladder.

2. Heavy Duty Stainless steel safety grates on top of tub body (no safety switches)

3. Split packing glands with air purge rings at both ends of the mixing shaft

4. Air operated style center discharge (gate assembly not available)

5. 100% wash-down

6. Blend 800lbs (Tub L-78” W-36” H-38.5”)
