The purpose of the monofilament molding device is to check the heat resistance of dyes, pigments or additives for dyeing by molding polyester.

To do this, a given amount of polyester granulate and dye (additive) is melted in an autoclave, then squeezed through the monofilament die with nitrogen and wound into a skein.

Included in the package:
1) the Mixer with electric motor;
2) Autoclave with heater;
3) Exhaust biscuits;
4) Winding device.
