Pacific 6 head rotary piston filler

Pacific Rotary Piston Filler designed for hot fill products.
This volumetric filling machine operates
in a six-station rotary configuration with 11" valve spacing.
It accommodates containers up to 6" in
diameter and 12" in height. Equipped with bottomup
filling and a powered head lift.
Includes a Waukesha U2-3O metering pump,
20-gallon product supply reservoir,
and Allen Bradley controls with an operator screen interface.
Safety features with a
backlog sensor and a safety enclosure.
Electrical specifications include AC Vector Drive at 480V, 3-
phase, 60 Hz. The machine offers tool-less size
changeover. Designed for hot fill (mayonnaise plant).
