Each ply bonder has its own regulator.
103” wide, 5” diameter Mount Hope bowed roll that is driven.
Rexroth, 18.4 kw, AC variable speed drive motor, set up for 600 volt.
Has carbon fiber tension roll with ABB transducers and ABB PFEA11 controller
for automatic tension control system.
Emergency brake system on ply-bonding scoring roll.
2” thick frames. Was inline with PCMC high-speed rewinder.
Operating at 1800 feet per minute.
