following equipment:
– PCMC Triton Series 1121 wet wipes wide roll converter with up to (6) slitting / folding lanes. Made in 1996, refurbished in 2003, with new screen installed 2014.
– Integrated Fuji Aplha III flow wrapper (made 1997, new jaws installed 2013) with inline die cutting and labelling, plus weight checker and metal detection units.
– Integrated automatic case packing via Yamato FCP-550VA case packer (made 2006) and Endoline 223 auto case erector (made 2006) tape case sealing.
– Also included is material handling equipment e.g. crane to position and load mill roll nonwoven to the unwind/infeed station.
Line specifications as follows:
- non-woven range: 35-85 gsm; sheet width 195-300mm; cut off length 100-187mm; folded width 90-120mm; fold format Z fold or ½ fold, not interfolded; max wetting ratio 300%; max film width 600mm; max pack height 65mm; max pack length 300mm; max pack width 200mm.
