Penta 2200 Bagger

Packaging machine is specially designed for
the packaging of different products of
different dimensions (granules or non-granules)
in plastic bags in a maximum of 8kg.

The feeding of the products into the machine is done
either manually by the operator or automatically
using a feeding system depending on the type of product.
The dimensions vary between minimum 50x50 mm
to a maximum of 250 x 300 mm

Width adjustments are made quickly,
taking ca. 15 minutes, to change the tube.

The capacity is adjustable up to a maximum of 50 wraps per minute,
depending on the product and the film.
All the operating functions of the PENTA 2100 packaging machine
are carried out electronically controlled by a specially programmed PLC.
The PENTA 2200 packaging machine works
with POLY-ETHYLENE, LAMINATED,
POLYPROPYLENE film, depending on the options chosen.

The machine has been completely overhauled
and works perfectly,
the machine is entirely in stainless steel.
