​Live Cell Environmental Control Field Upgrade
​The environmental control field upgrade adds temperature and CO2 control to the Operetta instrument to enable live cell experiments. The temperature of the sample chamber will be regulated to 37°C; CO2 concentration can be controlled between 3 – 8.5%. The temperature controlled sample chamber remains compatible with automation and can be combined with brightfield and digital phase contrast imaging (requires Harmony 3.5 or higher).
