PET filling line

Line can fill juice, water or CSD (carbonated soft drinks) into 17,000 bottles/hour of 200ml bottles or 6000 bottles/hour of 1 litre bottles. Major equipment includes:
– (2) syrup tanks, 4 tons each.
– (2) mixing tanks 6 tons each.
– ROSSI CATELLI pasteuriser, plate heat exchanger with capacity 6 tons/hour.
– SASIB homogenizer manufactured by GIA.
– SASIB rotary filler 32 valve, equipped with HEPA filter to provide air pressure and prevent microbial contamination. Capacity 17,000 bottles/hour for 200 ml bottles or 6000 bottles/hour for 1 litre bottles.
– KRONES labeling machine, with capacity 18,000 bottles/hour onto 200ml bottles, or 6000 bottles/hour onto 1 litre bottles.
– SMI shrink machine with capacity 1500 package/hour in each size.
– Air Conveyors and regular conveyers.
– SIDEL blower machine.
– SIDEL Unscramble with air conveyor bottle transfer.
– Chum Power Blow Moulder machine.
– Atelier Francois air compressor with capacity 40 bar. Made in 2016.
