Refurbished PICA 0.35T Open MRI — a true open-architecture 0.35T permanent-magnet MRI system,
designed around patient comfort for bariatric, pediatric, and claustrophobic patients who cannot tolerate
a closed-bore tunnel scanner. The 0.35T permanent-magnet design eliminates helium and cryogen logistics entirely,
removes the need for a quench pipe, and dramatically lowers operating cost vs. a superconducting 1.5T system.
Typical clinical scope covers spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), large-joint orthopedic imaging (knee, shoulder, hip),
extremity, head, and routine outpatient body protocols — the standard open-MRI workload that drives orthopedic,
chiropractic, pain-management, and primary-care referrals.
Compared to the legacy GE Ovation 0.35T (now obsolete), the PICA 0.35T Open is the current MIS-supported open-MRI
answer with a modern coil set, current parts pipeline, and engineer-led service. As a refurbisher and integrator, MIS sources,
refurbishes, deinstalls, ships, installs, applications-trains, and supports the PICA 0.35T Open MRI with parts inventory and
engineer-led service. Mobile-trailer and lease-to-own options are available for capacity, replacement, or interim projects.
