Plumatex BFM 007 IV Bag Filling & Sealing Machine

Designed for flexible empty bags made of Polyolefin, EVA or PVC, with 1 tube or with 2 tubes but 1 tube will be pre-sealed.


Minimum free fill tube length is: Maximum depth of stopper insertion plus 10 mm
Minimum tube distance: 25 mm
Maximum tube distance: 50 mm

Output: approx. 450 bph - 500 ml (without vacuum and gassing)
The effective output is dependent on the inner fill tube diameter, the filling pressure and the performance of the operator, without vacuum and gassing.

Product infeed : The product must be fed to the filling system under pressure, either by pump or pressure tank. Required pressure at infeed between 1,0 - 5,0 bar (+/- 0,2).

Recommended Dosage range: 50 – 10,000 ml (steplessly adjustable)

50 ml: ± 2,0 %
100 ml: ± 1,5 %
250 ml: ± 1,0 %
500 ml: ± 0,7 %
1000 ml: ± 0,5 %
2000 ml: ± 0,3 %
