M1 SUPER model shredder – Output 100/300 kg/h – CE These shredders are suitable for shredding wood, pallets, paper, cardboard, and other types of materials.
They consist of: A load-bearing structure made from sheets of different thicknesses to ensure sturdiness and minimize noise during operation.
All structural parts are interlocking to facilitate centering and ensure maximum precision.
A hydraulic power unit for moving the feed drawer, controlled by the PLC. A rotor made of special steel,
constructed from a single body on which the cutting tools, equipped with special steel plates with four cutting edges, are mounted.
The tools are easily interchangeable in the event of wear or breakage as they are connected with screw fastenings.
Counterblade made of hardened, impact-resistant steel. Electrical panel containing all safety and protection devices,
equipped with a PLC that controls the hydraulic power unit during machine operation and manages the reversal of the roller rotation direction in the event of blockage.
Direct-drive gearbox with cast iron body, supported by radial bearings with double roller rows and a reaction arm to withstand even the most demanding situations.
