Promach Probrew Alchemator
AMERICA North (USA-Canada-Mexico)
ProBrew Alchemator is an automated, inline alcohol separation system
for breweries that uses membrane technology
to pull water and alcohol out of fermented beverages,
creating a base for low/non-alcoholic beers or crystal-clear,
malt-based hard seltzers and RTDs.
It allows producers to easily diversify their offerings,
meet consumer demand for healthier/alcohol-free options,
and expand into the booming seltzer market without compromising flavor.
How it Works
Separation: The system uses advanced membranes and a cold process to separate alcohol and water from beer, wine, cider, or kombucha.
Concentrate: This leaves behind a flavorful concentrate of the original beverage.
Reconstitution: Deaerated water is added back to the concentrate to make low- or non-alcoholic beer.
Seltzer Base: The separated alcohol/water mix can be carbonated and flavored to create hard seltzers or Ready-to-Drink (RTD) cocktails.
Key Benefits
Versatility: Create non-alcoholic beers, hard seltzers, and RTDs from existing brews.
Quality: Retains vital flavors and reduces oxygen pickup, preserving the beverage's character.
Efficiency: Plug-and-play design, automated controls (Rockwell Automation), and energy efficiency.
Market Expansion: Taps into the growing demand for low-carb, low-calorie, and alcohol-free options, especially around events like Dry January.
