Reliant Lamination system
EUROPE (Central and Eastern)
The Reliant laminator is a technological line for creating two-layer and three-layer laminates.
The layers are joined using thermoplastic powder which is applied to individual layers of the product, and the whole thing then goes into a heating tunnel
where the thermoplastic powder is cross-linked while joining the layers. The semi-finished and finished products take the form of a roll wound onto a cardboard core.
The Reliant technological line allows for the bonding of layers such as fabric, knitted fabric, various types of nonwovens (fluffy, flat), film with a width of no more than 2200 mm and a thickness of no more than 150 mm (tunnel height).
The line consists of two unwinding machines (lower with drive and upper without drive), two powder coating machines with adjustable powder application (scattering), a heating tunnel with adjustable temperature in individual heating zones, a cooling calender and a winding machine.
Detailed list of components:
‐ one unwinding station with drive ‐ possibility of unwinding nonwoven fabric with a diameter of max. 1000 mm and max. weight of 400 kg, core diameter 76 mm
two unwinding stations without drive (including one double station) - possibility of unwinding
nonwoven fabric with a maximum diameter of 1000 mm and a maximum weight of 400 kg, cores 0 76 mm
‐ two RELIANT “POWERLINE” powder coating machines with a needle brush spreader with
a roller needle density of 175 needles/inch2, needle length 1.2mm
‐ radiator
RELIANT “POWERBOND” Mark II laminating device:
∙ heating table length 2700 mm
∙ cooling tunnel length 1000 mm
∙ working width 2200 mm
∙ adjustable tunnel height from 0 to 150 mm
winding station
• POWERLINE winding unit, driven ‐max roll diameter 1200 mm, max roll weight 700 kg, core diameter 76 mm
