With the WN-055 Double Lane, Rheon introduces a crusting machine in the Cornucopia® series
that combines the capacity of two machines into one space-saving unit.
Thanks to the design, the WN-055 offers double capacity, concurrent crusting, and double productivity.
Flexible product weight, filling/dough ratio and length
The Rheon WN-055 can produce food products weighing between 20 and 120 grams.
In addition, the fully adjustable crust ratio from 1:0 to 0:1 allows individual adjustment of the dough thickness and the filling volume.
The length of the final product is also variable.
Customized color touchscreen with clear display
The control panel of the WN-055 is equipped with a color display and touchscreen, making all important control data easily accessible.
In addition, the built-in Product Memory Unit (PMU) stores the production parameters and can be recalled.
