304 stainless steel, jacketed,
dual trough ribbon blender with pounds of product per hour
depending on materials and application.
Capacity: 50 ft³ (32 ft³ working).
Trough dimesions: 60" in Length; 46" in Width;
34" in Depth.
Equipped with dual lift up grated lids and (2) 23" diameter
single ribbons with 2½" wide x ½" thick blades,
3" diameter motor shaft and 4½" mixing shaft.
(2) 15" x 5" pneumatic end gate discharges
with 39" ground clearance. Jacket fittings: (2) 2", (2) 1½"
and (3) ½" threaded ports.
Push button controls for start, stop and e-stop.
Control switches for left and right door open / close.
Powered by (2) 25 Hp motor drives.
