Rizzolio RLC1 Semi-Automatic Crown Corker

The RLC1 semi-automatic capping machine is suitable
for packaging glass bottles with 26 or 29 mm crown caps.
The capping unit can be used with crown caps of either diameter.
An additional capping unit is supplied if both diameters are required.
The capping head is made of hardened steel
and is wear-resistant over time.
The guide rail holds the crown caps in the correct position.
The rail's specific shape is designed for 304 stainless steel crown caps
and contains a small number of caps that can be manually inserted.
The capping unit pulls the crown caps
from the rail and inserts them into the capping cone.
In accordance with EC standards,
the capping process starts with the simultaneous pressing of two buttons.
After the bottle is positioned on the holder,
the capping process begins:
the capping unit lowers onto the bottle,
seals the crown cap,
and then automatically returns to its starting position.
