Cartoning Machines/Case packers

A feeding system (automatic or manual),
located upstream of the cartoner,
deposits the product on the drawer chain.
The drawer chain transports the product
with an alternating movement to the area
where it is inserted into the carton.

- The carton, which is picked up from the warehouse
by suction cups, is then introduced into a transport system
that transfers it to the next stations, keeping it square.
- At the entry station, the mechanical pusher feeds the product into the carton using a mobile channel hopper.
- The packaged carton is completed by closing the flaps as it moves towards the exit side.
- The operating logic of the P91 cartoning machines provides for the removal of the carton only when the correct product is present.
