The Gluing “system” consists of a conveyorized glue spreader / infeed section / press-gluer section / out feed section / flying cut-off saw

- 100" wide by 2" thick material capacity at 20 feet per minute maximum production capability
- Up to 2,000 square inches of glue line per minute curing capacity
- 20 KW solid state generator located and mounted above the press
- Conveyorized glue-spreader with in-feed chain conveyor table
- Hydraulic edge pressure and feed drive system
- Edge clamping pressure is applied with precision crowding system
- (4) 19" long by 24" wide material contact tracks on 25” centers, (top and bottom)
- Fixed height bottom tracks & individual top tracks that provide the pneumatic clamping pressure
- Hydraulic driven tracks to insure smooth & dependable operation with independent retard control of each track
- Top platen pressure provided by (6) evenly spaced 5" diameter air cylinders
- 40 HP self-contained hydraulic pump unit supplies pressure as required for the drive system and other
- Easy to access infeed-end pressure & feed controls with indicator monitoring lights
- Recently rebuilt double direction 15 HP “Flying” cut-off saw, cuts specified panel sizes via encoder
- 1 HP saw carriage traversing motor
- Includes an extra top & bottom track
