Washing Machines for Ampoules and Vials/Blowing Table for Bottles Operates with a single-phase 220 volt AC outlet with ground
and requires 60-80 psi of air pressure.
The machine is controlled by an Allen Bradley SLC5/05
programmable logic contrlller (PLC) and will handle glass vials
with speeds of 50-200 containers per minute.
Due to its rotary design, the Mengibar washer simultaneously loads,
wahes, removes excess water, and discharges the viales.
Six working stations offer internal and/or external cleaning using
virgin WFI and strile air.
The WFI travel path has a minimum slope of 1/8" per foot
and contains no dead legs.
so the enire piping system is self-draining.
