FEATURES:
• 7 foot 6 inch long by 36 inch diameter stainless steel screening drum / screening reel with 3/32 inch perforations, and 5 inch high spiral flights on 12 inch spacing.
• (2) stainless steel spray headers, one inside the reel, and one outside the reel, to wash or rinse food products such as root crops, and to prevent screen blinding.
• Full length stainless steel water catch pan under the reel.
• Mounted at an angle on a stainless steel frame, and "runs uphill".
• All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
• Previously used inline after a blancher for rinsing rice. Blancher not included, but we have them if you need them: Call 315-589-4511 to discuss your food process cooking, cooling, rinsing and washing needs.
• Qty (2) .75 HP 208 / 230 volt 3 phase stainless-steel shrouded motor drives.
