Mettler Toledo, Safeline Metal Detector (550x200mm)

The Safeline metal detector has been developed
to control all types of products: food, pharmaceuticals,
plastics, chemicals and many others.

Safeline detectors use a high-frequency,
low-power magnetic field coil circuit
that can detect any small noise created
by metallic particles.
When combined with materials handling systems
or conveyors, product inspection can be fully automated.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food,
dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
If installed on a production line, the detector is crossed
by a large number of different products.
In order for the detector to be truly effective,
it may be necessary to adjust the sensitivity
and phase control according to different products.
That's why Safeline metal detectors can store up
to 21 different settings.
The operator can recall these settings
by selecting a specific "product number"
for each product name stored in the detector.
