San Franciscan SF25B Roaster Company

This was in production up until around 10 years ago,
when it was taken out of production and placed into dry storage.
It has a batch capacity of 25lbs or 12Kg
It can roast from 3Kg to 12Kg per batch and depending on profiles
will roast up to 4 roasts per hour,
so potentially up to 100lbs/48Kg per hour.

It is set-up to run on Natiral Gas
and requires only single phase electrical connection 220V - 50Hz.
It comes complete with Cycloen and built in Afterburner to the cyclone.
