in web flow direction Electronic bag making machine, based on open source Ethercat control system, specifically designed
for producing all different kind of wicket bags for hygienic packaging with side seal.
The machine can utilize mono or co-extruded film.

Features of the machine:
Servo driven draw rolls for film index
Auxiliary servo driven draw rolls to control the tension of the film during the sealing and move smoothly the material from the sealing area
Servo driven seal head dwell time adjustment on fly; automatic lifting of seal head and pivot 90° for easy cleaning

N°3 Servo driven vacuum pick-off with 8 arm wicket mills
Automatic adjustment of the wicket hubs/windmills and of the conveyor section according to the web guiding
the windmill and conveyor section can be opened from the main machine for an easy mantainance operation and quick change of work

Servo conveyor with fast changing of wicket pins distance; stacking stations: 1+6
Infeed section(nip roller or capstan roll) driven by AC motor to take the film at constant speed;
the rolls can be opened/closed with a pneumatic switch and independent air pressure control (left/right)

Pneumatic dancer. All the cylinders of the dancer are in fiber carbon
Additional single roll dancer (in fiber carbon) for better tension control in the transition between the continuos speed and the intermittent speed

Air cuschion bags delivery with air fingers at film index nip

Delivery belts driven by AC motor and the belts are in fiber carbon to discharge the static
Multilingual colour touch screen control pannel displays machine parameters, alerts aperator with alarm and error messages; can be used for bookkeping and production reporting.

The machine is complete with a router/WI-FI for tele-asistance in order to allow a remote diagnostic and efficent feedback/updates
Electrical control pannel equipped with water/air heat exchanger to mantaine constant cabinet temperature
