The machine is able to process a wide range of shapes and sizes of cutters,
only its preliminary calibration is necessary.
A line with 6 MCF-500 capping machines, offers a performance of 2,400 kilos/hour
and can be operated by only 9 operators, which reduces by 85% the labor required for this process allowing to recover the investment in less than 2 years.

6 strawberry cappers.

This system, which is the only one that orients and holds the strawberry in the cutting process,
allows a precise and flat cut without the strawberry moving,
thus achieving an excellent yield and product quality, since only a thin sheet of calyx is cut. Calyx waste: aprox. 9%
