Line for filling and closing drinking bottles with liquids and powder (“vitasprint”)
with liquids and powder (“vitashot B12”) consisting of:
bottle feeding turntable (diameter approx. 800 mm,
feeding approx. 430 x 470 mm (WxD),
SERAC GAIA R1V1520 filling and closing machine
with Flexicon (Watson Marlow) PD12l peristaltic pump
(3 filling stations, dosing range from 0.2 to 250 ml.)
and two closing stations (pressing stations for stoppers, etc.) incl.
closure feeds via sorting pots,
transfer to the SERAC GAIA RP1E1E1/520 filling system
downstream in the line. and capping machine
with Enflex DS-80 screw dispenser and two capping stations
(1x push-in station + 1x bounce station)
including cap feeds via sorting pots,
16-digit bottle transport stars, set up for drinking bottles
with a diameter of approx. 21.3 mm and a height of approx. 37.4 mm,
OMRON machine control with servo drives,
space required by the line: approx. 6148 x 1362 cm (LxW)
